    Our prepared meals are made with fresh ingredients to ensure the highest quality and taste. For the best experience, we recommend consuming your meal within 3-4 days of pickup or delivery. Please keep all meals refrigerated to maintain their freshness and quality.
  • What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
    We craft our juices and meals with a wide variety of ingredients to cater to different tastes. However, we currently do not offer customized options for dietary restrictions or allergies. We encourage you to review the ingredient list for each item to ensure it meets your dietary needs. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • How do Monday and Wednesday orders work?
    To ensure freshness and quality, we accept orders for pickup or delivery on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please place your order by 10PM the day before to secure your delivery or pickup slot. This schedule allows us to carefully prepare your order with attention to detail.
  • Can I place an order for meal prep on days other than Monday or Wednesday?
    Yes, you're welcome to place your meal prep orders on any day! However, please note that pickup for these orders is exclusively available on Mondays and Wednesdays. For Monday Pickup: Please place your orders between Thursday and Saturday, no later than 10 PM. For Wednesday Pickup: Orders should be placed from Sunday to Tuesday, with a cutoff time of 10 PM. This schedule ensures that your meals are freshly prepared and ready for collection on Mondays and Wednesdays. We value your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and freshness of your meals.
  • How do Monday, Wednesday and Friday orders work for juice purchases?
    To ensure the freshness and quality of our juices, we schedule pickups and deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For juice orders, please place them by 10PM the day before. This helps us freshly prepare and ensure your juices are ready for you, packed with nutrients and flavor.
  • Can I order juices for a day other than Monday, Wednesday or Friday?
    At this time, our juice preparation and delivery schedule is limited to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to guarantee the freshness and high quality of our products. We kindly ask for your understanding and to arrange your juice orders to coincide with these days.

  • How do I store my juice and how long will it last?
    Keep your juice refrigerated to maintain freshness. Our juices are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of purchase to ensure you get the maximum health benefits.
  • Do you offer delivery or is it pick-up only?
    We offer both options! You can choose to pick up your order from our location for a quick and easy service or opt for a delivery fee of $15. (Chilliwack only)
  • How can I pay for my order if I prefer not to use a credit card?
